The neighborhood fall garage sale is September 20th this year. Hold your own sale or come out to shop. Pioneer Trails and other nearby neighborhoods have scheduled sales for the same days.

The annual homeowners meeting has been set for Wednesday, November 12 from 6 pm – 8 pm at the Advent Lutheran Church at 4306 132nd St SE. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend. Meet your neighbors, learn what’s taken place this year, and hear what’s planned for 2026. Watch for a reminder postcard in your mailbox.

The approval request form for all CC&R related property/home improvements can be found at the link below. The downloadable PDF form can be filled out electronically or printed and filled out by hand.
After submitting a completed form, escrow and title companies should allow up to 7 days for board review and reply. Please provide as much info as possible when submitting your request, including property address, name of current owner(s) and buyer(s), as well as any other important contact information.
