Semi Annual Garage Sale
This years fall garage sale will be on Saturday, September 21. Gather your unwanted items and have a sale, or walk the neighborhood and shop for treasures. Nearby neighborhoods will also be holding sales on the same day.
Garage Prowler Alert !!!
There has been some recent reporting of garage prowling activity in the neighborhood. Please be sure to keep your eyes open and your garages closed.
County Vegetation Requirements
Snohomish county has published a new website with
guidelines for vegetation around streets and sidewalks.

Selling or Refinancing?
After submitting a completed form, escrow and title companies should allow up to 7 days for board review and reply. Please provide as much info as possible when submitting your request, including property address, name of current owner(s) and buyer(s), as well as any other important contact information.
